1) This equipment is for moving mixing tanks only and must not be used for any other purpose.
2) Before moving the stacker or raising the forks, ensure that there is no one in front of the vehicle (or under the forks) or under the forks before operating. If there is cargo obstructing the view on the forks, loudly announce that the stacker will be used. Only operate after receiving a response indicating permission or confirming that no one is present.
3) When stationary, when raising the forks, ensure the maximum lifting height does not exceed 60cm.
4) Charge the electric stacker regularly according to its usage frequency to ensure the battery is not depleted, which will extend the equipment's lifespan. A green light indicates the charger is fully charged, and the forklift display should show 15V or higher.
5) In case of loss of control while using the forks, press the "Emergency Stop" button. Any abnormal situation that directly affects safe operation and normal use, such as malfunction of the control handle or the lifting button, or the inability of the battery to charge properly, should be immediately addressed by stopping the use of the equipment and disconnecting the power supply. The shift leader should be notified, and the equipment maintenance personnel should be notified immediately for repair. The repair details should be recorded in the "Shift Handover Log" for future reference.
