1. The mast must be free from deformation and weld detachment. The rolling clearance between the inner and outer masts should be properly adjusted and not exceed 1.5mm. Rollers should rotate freely, and rollers and shafts should be free from cracks and defects. The wear of the wheel groove should not exceed 10% of the original size.
2. The tension of the two lifting chains should be uniform, and they should not be twisted or deformed. The end connections should be secure. The chain pitch should not exceed 4% of the original length; otherwise, the chain should be replaced. The sprocket should rotate freely.
3. The fork carriage must be free from severe deformation and weld detachment. The fork surface must be free from cracks and weld breaks. The fork root angle should not exceed 93°, and the thickness should not be less than 90% of the original size. The height difference between the left and right fork tips should not exceed 3% of the horizontal section length of the fork. Fork positioning should be reliable, and the support and positioning surfaces of the fork hooks should be free from obvious defects. The clearance between the forks and the fork carriage should not be excessive, and movement should be smooth.
4. The connection between the lifting cylinder and the mast should be secure. The hinges between the tilting cylinder and the mast/frame should be secure and flexible, with no excessive clearance. The cylinder should be well-sealed, free of cracks, and operate smoothly. Under rated load, the mast's self-sinking should not exceed 20mm in 10 minutes, and the tilt angle should not exceed 0.5°. The lifting speed under full load should not be less than half the standard value.
5. The overhead guard and backrests must be complete and effective.
6. Standing on or under the forks is strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to use a single fork to lift loads exceeding a certain height.
7. Forklifts must be driven by licensed forklift operators; multiple drivers for one forklift should be avoided.
